"I began by exploring white on white collage, as the specialty paper market is more marginalised, and the white market is booming. White is the big market.

Other soft colours have crept in and the lovely soft colours and the simple shapes of the bowl and bottle have been explored.  The torn edges and the juxtaposition of the printed and plain papers correlate to traditional quilting where patterned and plain fabrics are used in pattern making, and the balance between the two is important. "
