Noosa Beach by Helen Sanderson
DescriptionNoosa Beach is a drawing from the artist's book Drawing a Day 1998. This book was conceived by a group of friends who are all artists as a joint project to give form to a need to draw every day. The book became an interesting document recording visually the people, places, things and events in my life. It was an interesting opportunity to draw things I would never have done before. I often just drew what was there at the time I had a small opportunity to draw. This drawing is a simple plein air pen and ink drawing with a water colour wash.
